Lower temperature washes and delicate spin cycles are gentler on garments and help to protect the colour, shape and structure of the fabric. Furthermore, they reduce the amount of energy used in care processes.

• Hand wash at max. 30ºC/86ºF 
• Do not use bleach
• Iron at a maximum of 110ºC/230ºF
• Dry clean with tetrachloroethylene
• Do not tumble dry

You have 14 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase from JOLOKO free of charge.

How to return your item(s):

• JOLOKO (43, Jalan Kamunting, Chow Kit, 50300, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia)
• Present the purchase receipt along with the items you wish to return. You can show it on the screen of your mobile device or print it out.
• We highly reccomend you make it to our physical store yourself, but you can allow someone else to go for you.
• The buyer will need to cover the expenses for return by courier. 
• The item must have all labels in tact, be unworn and unwashed.
• Only shirts in perfect condition can be exchanged. 
• The item can be exchanged for a different size, different pattern, or a cash refund can be requested. 
• An item exchange, will be dealt with immediately if the size is available in store. 
• A cash refund will take 5 business days, and will be refunded to your bank account. Cash will not be handed out in-store.
